Clinic‑Based ABA Services
Our clinic provides individualized, one‑to‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support each child’s unique strengths and needs. Treatment may include discrete trial teaching, natural environment teaching, targeted behavioral interventions, and comprehensive skill‑building programs. Every plan is tailored to the specific goals of each client and family.
Getting Started With Services
Before beginning services, insurance requires authorization for the initial assessment. To request this approval, families will need to provide:
• A formal Autism diagnosis, including the full diagnostic report
• A referral from your child’s pediatrician for ABA services
• A copy of your child’s current Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
You will also complete a brief intake form with background information. The link to this form will be provided to you.
What to Expect During the Assessment
Once insurance approves the assessment, we will schedule a date and time for your child to visit the clinic. On the assessment day, you will drop off your child for approximately one to four hours. You will send a snack, a change of clothes if needed, and any items your child may require while with us such as toys or preferred items.
During the assessment, our team observes and collects data on your child’s skills, strengths, and areas for growth. This information is used to develop an individualized skill acquisition plan. After the assessment is complete, we submit the report to your insurance provider for review. Insurance will then determine whether ongoing ABA services are approved.
