  • Zachary Cleveland MS, BCBA, LBA

    Zachary Cleveland is the owner and clinical director of Gains Behavioral Services LLC. Zachary graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Masters degree in Psychology. Since then he has worked with clients in schools and clinics across Alabama.

  • Liz Yielding MS, BCBA, LBA

    Liz graduated from The University of Alabama in Huntsville with her Masters in ABA. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is eager to support clients and their families in the Sylacauga community. In fact, she and her husband are moving their family to the Talladega Co. area. She and her husband love taking their little girl out in nature whenever possible and can often be found outdoors any day the weather permits.

  • Tiffany Cunningham, RBT

    Education: I am pursuing my Associates of Billing and Medical Coding. I am on track to complete in May of 2026.

    Hometown: Anniston, AL

    Why you work in ABA: My passion for ABA stems from a desire to contribute meaningfully to the lives of the individuals and families I work with, and I look forward to continuing my professional growth.

    Career Goals: Looking ahead, my career goals include advancing my expertise within the ABA field.

  • Megan Curtis RBT

    Education: High School Diploma

    Hometown: Prattville, AL moved to Columbiana, AL

    Why you work in ABA: I love being able to make a difference in each of our client’s lives. Helping them grow, gain confidence, and meet milestones is one of the greatest joys of this job!

    Career Goals: finish my bachelors in psychology and get a masters in ABA to one day become a BCBA

    Education: Working on completing bachelors degree in Educational Psychology 

    Hometown: Fayetteville, AL

    Why you work in ABA: I work in ABA because I adore the children and families I serve. Being part of my clients’ growth—celebrating their progress, big and small—is incredibly meaningful to me. I’m passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with families and supporting them every step of the way. Watching my clients gain new skills, confidence, and independence is the most rewarding part of what I do.

    Education: Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Jacksonville State University

    Why you work in ABA: To provide important services to clients and families in a way that feels meaningful and rewarding.

  • Ashlee Mullis RBT

    Education: High school diploma; currently pursuing coursework in Special Education.

    Hometown: Sylacauga, Alabama

    Why you work in ABA: I work in ABA because I have a passion for helping Autistic children and supporting meaningful improvements in their daily lives.

    Career Goals: My career goals are to continue developing my clinical skills by expanding my knowledge and furthering my education in ABA in order to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    Education: Masters of Science in ABA

    Hometown: Salinas, CA

    Why you work in ABA: Fell In love working with kids when I joined a club in high school. The club was us an after school program for children with autism and ever since then I felt something special.

    Career Goals: My career goal is to become a BCBA.
